This is another State Fair Creative Arts Recycled entry. This one was my second time to enter and won first place. Im very proud of this one! Completely made from pool floats and also hand sewn! No tape or glue was used for this look.
The best part about this look is that it is waterproof! So the photoshoot for it was fun!
